1.计量法:齿轮灌装机封口形式：三边封、四边封
2.先进的plc控制系统，故障自停机、自报警、自诊断、使用安全、简便。自动显示包装数量，可方便的统计出机器的工作量。
3采用步进电机无级调速，色标跟踪器配合使用，可获得完美的商标图案。智能温控仪调节封口温度，且性能可靠，操作方便。
4.具有自动送料、计数、加温、包装、包装速度可调、故障显示等功能
5.独特的包装封口技术，使封口美观、牢固
6此机采用了小型液体灌装机作为计量部分，改善了计量精度，灌装机还自带有自动吸料灌袋功能，只需将灌装机的吸料管插入料桶内就可实现自动吸料灌袋，因此不需人工手动上料从而减少了工人的劳动量。
7.此机还可以一机两用，不仅可以全自动包装还可以半自动灌装。.因计量部分采用了小型液体灌装机代替了原始的柱塞泵计量方式，只要客户需要灌装瓶子时只要将出料嘴直接插入瓶子内就可实现自动灌装，操作方式简单扼要。
