短切原丝毡或简称短切毡是将玻璃纤维原丝短切成50mm长度，均匀地降落在平面网上，用聚酯粉末（或乳液）粘结剂在一定温度下使其粘结而制成的一种玻璃纤维无纺增强材料。

3.产品应用：applications
 短切毡作为一种主要的玻璃纤维无纺增强材料，是frp手胡工艺中用量最大的增强材料。
手糊成型：手糊成型工艺是我国玻璃钢生产的主要方式，玻璃纤维短切毡用于手糊成型工艺。可减少铺层次数，提高手糊作业的效率。手糊成型工艺要求毡片具有树脂浸透速率快、容易消除气泡和覆模性好等特点。缠绕工艺:一般采用短切毡和连续毡，用于缠绕成型主要用作制品的树脂层，包括内衬层和外表面层。缠绕成型工艺对玻璃纤维毡的要求与手糊法基本相似。离心浇铸成型:通常采用短切毡作为原料。将短切毡预先铺放在模具内，然后将树脂加入到旋转着的开口模腔内，通过离心排出气泡使制品密实。要求毡片具有易浸透和透气性好等特点。通常短切原丝毡用于生产具有均一截面和中等强度的制品，例如船体、汽车部件、浴室装置、水箱、家具等

5.包装：packaging
福业复材所产短切毡，使用直径为76mm的纸管卷取，毡卷包覆聚乙烯塑料袋并装入瓦楞纸箱。如要求托盘包装时，每托盘竖放16或12箱，横放9或6箱。托盘堆高不大于2层，纸箱堆高不超过5层。
chopped strand matfrom fuye composite , is wound on cardboard tube of76mminsidediameter , after covered with a polyethylene plastic bag, thenpackaged with a cardboard box . if  packaged with pallet ,there should be 16 or 12 cartons placed vertically on each pallet;9 or 6 cartons placed horizontally on a pallet . the pallets shouldbe stocked 2 layers high maximum ,and the cartons 5 layers maximumwhen stocked .
6.贮存：storage
产品应置于干燥、凉爽处，储存温度5-35°c，湿度35-65°c的环境下最佳。若不用，请勿打开包装，以免受潮，影响使用。
the product shouldbe stored in dry and cool place where is the best conditionif  has the temperature5-35°cand the humidity 35-65°c. unlessuse , the package must be kept intact in order to prevent moistureaway .
