客户在国外通过e m x、fedex、u p s、d h l等快递公司运输到中国大陆的机场，需要做报关手续的。这种可以通过快递公司申请报关，但是需要客户提供详细的资料，并且客户是要拥有进出口权或者找一家有进出口权的代理公司操作。
