棕刚玉研磨石及各抛光研磨设备
一、棕刚玉采用优质棕刚玉砂粉(非再生砂）和陶瓷结合剂切割成型、高温煅烧而成的，具有极强的切削力，用于去除金属、非金属零件表面的毛刺、飞边、氧化层、锈迹、纹痕等，对零件表面研磨抛光的精度要求一般，为粗抛光用。适用于不锈钢、铁、硬铝合金、镁合金、锌合金、铜等各种金属快速表面去毛刺、毛边为精抛光打好基础。形状有斜三角、正三角、圆球、斜圆柱、三星形等。
  抛磨块是无机或有机原料结合剂，一般加有磨料，经加热固结而制成。具有优异的去毛刺和抛光性能，使现代光饰技术的必备产品。
  1.质地致密，强度与硬度高，在使用过程中不碎裂、磨耗低，且有优良的切削性能。表面不堵塞，抛磨能力强。
  2.根据工件材料和尺寸，可选择不同材质、形状、规格、粒度的抛磨块，在最短时间内磨去各种材料的毛刺和飞边，达到表面光饰的目的。 棕刚玉抛磨块根据砂粉粒度与砂粉含量分为轻切削、中切削、重切削。
