3.detailsof beer brewery equipment
(1) highquality materials
the raw materialsis sus304 and sus316, which require materials qualitycertificate.
we’ll test thematerials quality using chemical agent when we receive thematerials.
(2)excellent appearance
the polishingstandard of welding seam is 240 um, 60mm width. all of connectionrequired
turn upworkmanship and all of welding seam required polishing, which ismore smooth
tank surface.we’re very serious about the excellent appearance of tanks.
(3) thestandard of tanks
we use plasmatorch to cut the materials on the soft carpet, avoid to damagingthe surface of
stainless steel,and then we adopt double argon protection welding
volume: workingvolume and 20%-30�ditional space.
inner shell:sus304 materials, thickness 3mm, acid washing and
passivationtreatment,polishing and mirror treatment are workable withdifferent cost.
all of the innersurface connection using turnup workmanship and polishinground.
the normalpressure is 0.2mpa, maximum test pressure is 0.4mpa.
cladding: sus304,2mmthickness, welding seam polishing, 60mm width.
(4) the specialdesign
four adjustablelegs. in special area, stand bolt and gasket can be designed toavoid earthquake.
all of connectionis φ38.1(exceptmash tun outlet), jacket using threadconnection.
