纳米分散乳化机主要针对纳米物料在工艺过程中产生的团聚颗粒的进行充分的粉碎研磨、分散乳化，以及细胞破碎、精细化工等细化要求较高的物料破碎研磨及分散乳化。
   其主要结构如下，富莱克纳米分散乳化机转定子是有几百至上万颗凹凸不平齿牙在工作腔内交错排列、精密配合而成，而且齿牙的剪切表面积比转定子的平面积大出2倍以上，物料经过这个犬牙交错、高低不平既精致又狭窄的通道时必须承受几千万次的强力剪切、高速相撞、粉碎研磨、高频振荡，所以这种转定子的齿牙三角形犬牙式设计是粉碎分散乳化设备中精度最高、制造最难、效果最好的设备之一，而且细度高、稳定性好，最小细化可达0.1μm.nanometer dispersing emulsification machine is specific for crush grinding and dispersing emulsification for the agglomerated particle produced by nanometer material in the industrial process.and it also used for the crush grinding and dispersing emulsification of the material that requires higher level refining.
