游丝常见故障及排除方法
1、游丝成明显碗形：一种原因是外桩安装偏高，可重新安装，使外端与游丝在一个平面上。另一种是游丝受外力影响变形，如拆卸摆夹板时，摆轮受阻使游丝呈碗形。可将游丝从摆轴上取下，将内桩套在一个锥形圆针上，用镊子钳夹住近外桩处游丝，朝变形的反方向拉动但动作不宜过大，一次不行可拉动两次，但不宜再向反方向变形。
