测试要求：
1.pid 测试标准引自 iec 62804 (draft) “system voltage durability test for crystalline silicon modules – design qualification and type approval”，基本要求是准备 3 块组件。其中一块作为控制组件，组件置于一定温度和湿度的环境中，将组件的内部导电体与高压电源的一个极连在一起，组件外导电体与高压电源的另一极连在一起。 一块组件在正偏压下进行老化，一块组件在负偏压下老化。
2.测试条件如下：
在湿热环境试验中对组件施加电压应力
环境温度：60℃±2℃；
环境湿度：85%±5% rh；
测试时间：96 小时；
测试电压：在组件需满足的正系统电压下或负系统电压下。
试验根据iec60068—2-78要求在湿热环境箱中进行，但是，当测试条件和说明书不同时，可以适当改变；
1） 在25℃的温度下，在组件玻璃表面覆盖铝箔，1000v 直流电施加在组件的输
出端和铝框上168 小时。
2） 组件先进性85%的湿度85℃高温测试，然后在60℃或85℃的环境下100 小
时，将1000v 直流电施加在组件输出端和铝框上100 小时。
3.组件老化前需经过光老化、外观检测、**功率测试、绝缘测试、接地连续性测试（如果组件有外漏导电体），老化后需进行湿漏电测试、**功率点测试、外观检测、绝缘测试。

the testvoltage: the voltage atthe positivesystem components mustmeet ornegative system voltage.

1) at a temperature of 25℃, component inthe glasssurface covered inaluminumfoil, 1000vdc applied inthe assembly.
the endandthe aluminumframe for 168hours.
2) 85% advanced assembly 85 ℃hightemperature humidity test, then at60 ℃ or 85 ℃environment 100
when will 1000v, dc component applied in outputand aluminumframe for 100hours.
the 3component aging beforeafter lightaging, visualinspection, themaximumpower test, insulationtest, thegrounding continuitytest (if the assemblyhasaleakage conductive body), afteraging for wet leakage test, the maximumpowerpoint test, visualinspection, insulationtest.
