this is a dual-mode bluetooth 4.0 low energy module which can be connected to traditional bluetooth radio products as well as the new generation ofbluetooth low energy devices. it is based on csr8510 chip set which provide hci application interface through uart that can be used in conjunction with a host controller who runs the specificbluetooth stack software to fit various applications. besides the uart interface, there is usb interface that allow the module to connect to a host system as bluetooth dangle and hence enable it tocommunicate with new generation of bluetooth low energy devices.
