一、用途：用于生产moca、bdo为扩链剂的tdi/mdi/ndi聚氨酯浇注弹性体制品，可以在本机混合头直接加入色浆。application used for production of tdi/mdi/ndi polyurethaneelastomer products of which chain extender is moca and bdo. millbase can be filled in the mixing head directly. 二、特点： features:1、节能：本机加温的热能由原子运动摩擦产生，属料鑵内部产生热量，故加热效率高，升温快（预热30分钟即可工作），热损失小，由于整机都抛弃了导热油夹套加热，所以机器体积小，内部空间大，使维护保养变得更方便，同时更加节能（装机容量不足9kw,老机型的1/4）环保。1. energy efficient. the heat is generated from friction of atomicmotion insdie storage tank and thus has high heating efficiency,short heating time( 30 minutes of preheating) and less heat loss.due to the abandonment of the traditional jacket heating withconduction oil, the machine has small size and large inner space,convenient maintenance and is much more energy efficient(9kwinstalled capacity, only a quarter of the capacity of old typemachine) and environment friendly.2、一键切换色浆功能：本机可以多组分（最多5组）色浆独立或同时添加入混合头，可以快速方便的一键切换颜色，还可以根据cmyk调色原理任意组合调配出客户喜欢的颜色，同时本加色系统均可以独立调节压力，使之与原料的压力相匹配，避免了色浆不出或色浆不均匀的现象发生，从而保证了产品色泽度一致与更多的颜色种类。2. easy swith of mill base. multi combination(max 5) of mill basecan be filled in mixing head independently or at the same time.colors can be swithed with one button, fast and convenient. userscan get their favourite color with different combination based oncmyk colors mixing principle. pressure can be adjustedindependently to meet the pressure of raw material. it can avoidsituations of no mill base or being uneven. this guarantees moreand nice colors of product.3、压力可调的针阀机头（本公司已申请专利）：众所周知浇注机最理想的状态是浇注与循环压力相近，这样才能保证各组分浇注出料的时间一致及流量稳定，本机所有组分出料均由针阀控制，故浇注压力与循环压力均可调节致最佳值，从而保证比例的精准及各组分出料时间一致，不会产生刚开始浇注时比例失调及没有色浆的问题（老款机型每次浇注开始都会浪费200-400g原料）而浪费原料。3. needle valve machine head with adjustable pressure. as is wellknown, the ideal state of casting machine is the pressure ofpouring is similar to the pressure of circulation and this canguarantee consistent pouring and filling time of each component andstable flow. the filling of each component is controlled by needlevalve and thus both the pouring pressure and circulation pressurecan be adjusted to the best value to guarantee accurate proportionand consistent pouring time of each component. there will be noproblem of raw material waste beacause of proportion imbalance atthe beginning of pouring or no mill base. at the beginning ofpouring process in old type machine, there is a waste of head. mixing head of this machine is made in 316grade stainless steel and has nice smooth finish and appearance. asthe most advanced vertical cutting and stirring technology has beenadopted on this machine, the anchor mixing head can stir materialwell and even without need for high rotate speed(3000-35000r/min).the mixing chamber has a small size(dia:3cm) and there is only onecleaning needle valve(2 in old type machine) and thus it can savemore than 50% dichloromethane and raw materials.5、电气控制：本机采用10.1寸触摸屏做上位机，采西门子可编程控制器做下位机，同时使用西门子压力温度测控模块，原装德国高温压力传感器，西门子高速混合电机，所有的这一切保证了机器的稳定可靠性，温度采用pid算法、精准度更高、智能化比例测试、在触摸屏上可以预算设置完成计量泵所需的转速.一个人就可以完成比例测试操作。5. electric control. a 10.1’’ touch screen is used on this machineas upper computer and siemens plc is used as lower computer.siemens measurement and control system for pressure and temperaturewith modular architecturem, germany imported original hightemperature pressure sensor, siemens high-speed mixing motorguarantee stable performance of machine. temperature is calculatedwith pid arithmetic with better accuracy. rotary speed can bebudgeted and set through screen. operation of percentage test canbe completed by one person.6、远程协助功能（可选）：本机可通过互联网（有线或无线网络）远程协助客户解决操作中所出现的问题，监测判断数据的正确性及远程升级软件系统，让客户在最短的时间内解决碰到的问题。6. remote assistance(optional). connected to internet, remoteassistance can be provided to help users solve problems inoperation, detect and judge the data accuracy and upgrade softwaresystem. users can solve problems at the earliest.7、保护功能：本系统保护电路完善，包含压力保护、过载保护、缺料保护、计量泵未启动保护（避免某一计量泵未启动而浇注）所有的故障均在触摸屏上诊断显示，随时查阅故障记录。方便迅速的找出故障所在，解决问题。7. protection function. the system has complete protective circuitincluding pressure protection, overload protection, lack ofmaterial protection and metering pump no-work protection(avoidpouring with one of metering pumps not working). all errors aredisplayed in touch screen and error records can be reviewedanytime. it’s convenient to find out problems and solve them.8.防忘清洗功能：本机气冲清洗流程时间可以任意设置，在每一次浇注完成后设定时间内自动报警提醒清洗，以免操作工在浇注后忘记清洗而致使混合室内原料固化而无法拆卸及清理搅拌套搅拌头。8. cleaning reminder. the air-water cleaning time can be set.within the set time after pouring processs, the machine will givealarm for cleaing so operators will not forget to clean. this canavoid material getting solidified inside mixing chamber and stiringhead being unable to remove.9、停电清洗及放料功能：本机内置ups电源（可选），在意外停电时ups电源自动启动，可以在一定时间能完成机头清洗及放料，不会导致混合头堵塞及无法拆卸。9. cleaning and discharging function in case of power failure.built-in ups power is optional. the ups power will startautomatically when there is a power failure and the machine willcomplete cleaning and discharging process to avoid mixing headgetting stuck and being unable to remove.10、多组分任意组合功能：本机最多可以做到7组分（包括色浆及催化剂），能适用于生产tdi/mdi/ndi等不同异氰酸酯体系及使用不同扩链剂的弹性体制品.10. arbitrary combination of multi components. max 7 componentsincluding mill extenders.11、本机自带moca融化装置，从原先把moca外部加热融化倒入料罐改为直接向料罐投入颗粒moca,大大节约了时间及劳力，同时不会因为加热moca温度过高而导致moca变色，致使生产出的制品颜色发黄。11. the machine is equipped with moca melting device. instead offilling moca inside discharging hopper before melting, mocagranules are filled inside charging bucket directly. and this hassaved much time and labour and moca will not change color becauseof high heating temperature and
