1、特点：采用食品级材料安全可靠、无污染。输送平稳，速度可调，物料随输送带的行进运动，能够避免对输送物的损坏。噪音较小，适合于工作环境要求比较安静的场合。结构简单，便于维护。能耗较小，使用成本低。
本机采用304材质制作，以水为介质，通过强流涡轮风机形成气泡翻滚，对物料进行柔性清洗。在清洗的同时网带上部增加喷淋管道和喷头，通过高压水泵进行循环喷淋，有效的压制物料上浮以及物料清洗，喷头为可拆卸喷头，便于清洗防止堵塞，喷嘴角度可调，更加有效的清洗物料。
设备除电机、轴承等标准件外均采用不锈钢材料制作，完全符合出口食品卫生要求。设备中设有气泡发生装置，使物料呈翻滚状态，去除产品表面农残的功效，同时可加入适量的药剂，进行消毒固色。漂浮物可以从溢流槽溢出，沉淀物从排污口排出，以达到清洗的目的。具有洗洁净高、节能、节水、设备稳定可靠等特点。增加臭氧发生装置去除农药残留及杀菌的目的。
结构特征：该机由槽体、支架、网带、水箱、漂浮物捞取装置、电机、水泵、减速机等组成。
本机除电机、水泵、减速机、轴承外，全部采用食品级304制作。清洗水在沉淀杂质的处理上，采用独特的过滤水箱设计，通过循环水泵的水循环，让杂质进入过滤箱，三次过滤拦截让杂质遗留在水箱处，漂浮物通过上端的溢水口排出，保证水池干净的同时，能够及时的排除杂质，保证产品清洗洁净度。
