jwz型卧式液压阀门测试台，分为液压系统、电气系统、机械系统、测压系统等四大系统，由机架、左右工作盘、夹紧油缸、牵引油缸、翻转油缸、移动油缸、试验介质控制管路及控制阀、低压水泵、高压水泵、油泵及电机、试验介质控制管路及控制阀、液压控制系统、电气控制系统、试验压力计量等组成。
阀门的装夹型式为抱压式，被测阀门的两端法兰和盲板，分别由左右工作盘上的夹爪抱压夹紧，右工作盘在翻转油缸作用下，可以90°翻转，以便在进行密封试验时观察和检查密封泄漏情况，工作盘上的压爪在径向上根据阀门法兰大小，在牵引油缸的作用下可同步张大和缩小，在轴向上根据阀门法兰厚度，在夹紧油缸作用下可同步压紧和放松，左向工作盘可根据阀门结构长度长短，在移动油缸作用下可以左右移动，低压水泵和介质循环水箱系统组成一体，使介质循环使用，压力表控制阀门和电器按钮开关，全部设计在测试台前方进行操作控制，能使各机制协调动作，操作方便，安全可靠，满足广大用户测试需要。
