kby-1a 型压力表，主要用于水泵、泥浆泵、排污泵等各类工程施工配套使用。可供地质、煤碳、冶金、化工、水电、轻工、环保及工程施工系统，在生产过程中测量泵压以及压力变化。

结构及工作原理
kby-1a型压力表，由介质转换器（或称隔离器）和表头组成。
介质转换器主要组件有：器体、橡胶隔膜（隔膜上部充20#机油或不同粘度的甲基硅油为工作油，使隔膜变呈ω状）、注油接头、安装接头等；表头由弹簧元件、传动机构、度盘、阻尼器以及壳体组成。表头内腔充粘度为300-500cs的甲基硅油。
被测介质的压力推动隔膜，介质转换器中的工作油以同等压力使弹簧元件自由端产生相应的位移，经传动机构，表针旋转指示出被测介质的压力值。

1、被测介质压力应不大于所选用仪表测量上限的3/4；
2、 仪表垂直安装为宜；
3、 使用过程中，严禁拆动各零、部件；
4、 若出现表头内腔充油漏失严重或介质转换器内工作油渗漏，以及隔膜破裂等情况，应及时停用；
5、 开箱后的仪表应放在下述环境中保管；
（1） 环境温度+5～45℃；
（2） 相对湿度≦85%；
（3） 空气中不应含有腐蚀性气体和杂质；
6、 存放一年以上的仪表，启用前应进行检测。
