一、用途及特点：first, use and characteristic:
本机是利用木屑、稻壳、花生壳等木质物料（不添加任何粘结剂），在高压条件下，制成棒状固估燃料的主要设备。

本机采用温度调节指示器，可在设定温度下稳定操作，并具有结构合理，操作维修简单等优点。由本机生产的固体燃料着火容易、热值高（与一般木材相比提高20%以上），燃烧时污物少，比重大于贮存和运输。能够充分利用农林剩余物，减轻我国农林能源紧张的予盾。this aircraft uses the temperature control display, may in establish under the temperature the stable operation, and has the structure to be reasonable, operation service simple and so on merits. the solid fuel which produces by this aircraft catches fire, the calorific value high (to compare easily with general lumber enhances above 20%), when combustion the contamination are few, the proportion is bigger than storing and the transportation. can use the farming and forestry surplus fully, reduces our country farming and forestry energy anxiously to give the shield.
二、工作原理：second, principle of work
利用木质原料固有特性，通过螺旋挤压，在高温、高压下，木质原料中的木素塑化使微细纤维相结合，形成棒状固体燃料。
using the lignin raw material intrinsic property, through the screw extrusion, under the high temperature, the high pressure, in the lignin raw material\'s lignin plasticizing causes the tiny textile fiber to unify, forms the clavate solid fuel.

注：φ50制棒机：配的减速机使用前加置2-3kg润滑油入内便可使用。

五、安装调试：
fifth, the installation and trial run:
1、紧固所有联接螺栓，尤其是加热筒内套三个顶丝，接通冷却水管道，连接电器及电源线路。
1st, fastening all stop bolt, particularly heating muff inner coating three set screws, connection cooling water conduct, connecting circuit and power source line.
2、检查所有润滑部位。 2nd, inspection all oil site.
3、检查电源电压是否正常。 3rd, the inspection supply voltage is whether normal.
4、空载启动运转5分钟，无卡、碰等异常现象，即可投入正常生产。当试机中发现异常，须立即停车，查找原因，故障排除后再作空载运转。
4th, the idling start revolves 5 minutes, does not have the card, to bump and so on abnormal phenomenon, then puts  the regular production. when in the testing discovers unusually, must stop immediately, search reason, after trouble shooting, makes the no-load running again.

5、将温度调节器调至要求温度，当温度达到预定湿度后，方可开机，并适量进料。
5th, transfers to the request temperature the attemperator, when after the temperature achieves the predetermined humidity, only then starting, and right amount feeding.
6、逐渐增加进料量，直至正常生产出合格产品，当正常生产30分钟，方可表明试车成功，进行正常投产运行。
6th, increases the input gradually, until regular production certified product, when the regular production 30 minutes, only then indicate test a car successfully, carries on the normal production movement.
7、停机前要使料斗内无料，并在停机后马上倒转1分钟，使推进器内所容原料退出。
7th, before the engine off, must make in the hopper not to have the material, and after the engine off reverses 1 minute immediately, causes in the propeller to accommodate raw material withdrawal.
8、机身必须良好接地！！！ 8th, the fuselage must earth good!!!
