Premises
Manufacturing sites must be suitable to enable the production of the product type concerned. 生产场所应能达到该产品生产所需的条件。
Attention needs to be given to请注意:
•        The general structure to ensure easy to clean and in good condition 场所布置应易于清洁，保持良好状态； 
•        Maintained to prevent contamination of product. 各种/各类物料防止混淆；
•        Have good air quality and adequate dust extraction 通风除尘条件良好；
•        Temperature for suitable working environments and storage of product 温（湿）度适宜；
•        Lighting that provides suitable light conditions for working, inspection points. 生产区，特别是检验区照明充足； 
•        Noise levels and ensuring adequate protection. 噪音应控制不太高，或者有适当的PPE保护措施；
Personnel 人员
Policies and procedures must be in place to ensure contamination by the interaction between staff and products is prevented. In addition staff should be able to work in a safe environment and understand their role. These would include; 
•        Adequate washing and toilet facilities 恰当的卫生设施（厕所蹲位，盥洗槽）
•        Provision of first aid facilities 个人防护用品使用规范（包括评估，发放，使用记录）
•        Training培训（操作，安全，质量）
•        Medical screening 体检
•        Protective clothing and laundering policies (where applicable)防护服及换洗政策（通常是做食品,药品及卫生用品的工厂要求，做GMP，IFS等认证）
•        Policies around the consumption of food 关于饮食的政策
•        Smoking policies有关吸烟政策
Ethical Standards and Worker Welfare道德标准 和职工福利
All factories will have to supply an existing audit or submit to a full independent ethical audit. （工厂必须有第三方进行的社会责任验厂）

•        Policies and procedures must be in place to ensure a safe and hygienic working environment must be in place including protective clothing and fire escapes （工作场所的安全卫生，如防护服，消防演习）
•        First aid provision （现场急救人员,急救演练等）
•        Legal operation of working hours and overtime （工作时间和加班时间符合法律要求）
•        Policies to ensure the legal minimum age of workers （员工年龄符合法律要求，童工、未成年工）
•        No worker can be paid less than the legal minimum wage （员工工资不能少于最低工资标准）
•        No forced or bonded labour can be used 无强迫劳工
•        Workers must not be forced to pay deposits or have their identity cards held 不需要员工缴纳押金和扣押身份文件
