进口木材报关所需资料：
    1. 普通木材：原产地证，植检证，熏蒸证，贸易合同，装箱单，商业发票；
    2. 非濒危木材：在普通木材的基础上，国内要办理非濒危证。
    3.濒危木材：在普通木材的基础上，还要国外提供cites证明（允许出口证明/砍伐证），国内要办理濒危证。
木材进口基本流程： 
    1. 发货到港；
　  2. 换单；
　  3. 报检；
　  4. 报关；
　  5. 缴税；
　  6. 熏蒸（原木基本需要熏蒸，板材不一定）；
　  7. 货物放行。
如需要办理濒危或是非濒危的木材，可在货物到港前办理好。
木材清关时间：
正常顺利申报时间4个工作日左右，熏蒸48小时，清关时间一个星期，除非遇到海关查验。
办理濒危的木材的品名：
