1、product description 产品说明thisproduct is mainly used for pure steam condensate sampling, throughthe cooling water to steam in a stainless steel pipe for cooling,which condenses into water, through the test of condensation water,confirm compliance with standards of pure steam.
本产品主要用于纯蒸汽冷凝水取样，通过冷却水将不锈钢导管中的蒸汽进行降温，使其凝结成水，通过检验冷凝水的水质，确认纯蒸汽是否符合检测标准。
2、scope of application 适用范围thisproduct is applicable to biological, pharmaceutical and otherfields of pure steam sterilization system for steam sampling
本产品适用于生物、制药等领域纯蒸汽灭菌系统的蒸汽取样。
3、operating instructions 操作说明
3.1. check before use使用前检查
3.1.1putthe cart caster with brake brake, prevent mobile cart;
将小车带刹车的脚轮刹上，防止小车移动;
3.1.2shutoff valve8dv01-1、25bv-02、25bv-01、20bv-04。
关闭阀门8dv01-1、25bv-02、25bv-01、20bv-04。
3.2 cooling watersupplement 冷却水补充3.2.1device for preventing scaling and reduce used in clean areapollution, the equipment using deionized water as the coolingmedium;
为防止设备结垢及减少用于在洁净区内时产生污染，本设备采用去离子水作为冷媒；
3.2.2openthe tank cover, adding cooling water about 35l (from the pot mouthis about 15cm ), to prevent the liquid level is too high,move out;
打开储罐盖，加入冷却水约35l（距罐口约15cm），防止液面过高，移动时溅出;
3.2.3checkthe tank mouth sealing strip, buckle again on the tank cover.
检查罐口的密封条，再扣上罐盖。
3.3 connected to the steam 连接蒸汽
3.3.1 puresteam through a hose ( using sanitary hose connected to the steamentrance sampler ), and is clamped firmly;
将纯蒸汽通过软管（采用卫生级软管)连接取样器的蒸汽入口，并卡接牢固；
3.3.2slowly open pure steam outlet valve ( user equipment with ),into a pure steam.
缓缓打开纯蒸汽出口阀门（用户设备自带），导入纯蒸汽。
3.4.sampler sterilization 取样器灭菌
3.4.1.open valve 15bv-05, 25bv-01, will discharge outlet connected tothe condensate water outlet pipe
打开阀门15bv-05、25bv-01,将排放口连接到厂区冷凝水排放管道;
3.4.2observation of thermometer ti0101, when the temperature roseto 121 degrees to begin recording the sterilization time, keep for8 minutes ( time should be validated to determine ) to complete thesterilization.
观察温度表ti0101，当温度上升至121度开始记录灭菌时间，保持8分钟（时间应通过验证确定）即完成灭菌。
3.5.sampling 取样
3.5.1.shutoff valve 15bv-05, open 20bv-04, 25bv-03, through the circulatingpump power, began to heat exchange;
关闭阀门15bv-05、打开20bv-04、25bv-03,接通循环泵电源，开始冷热置换；
3.5.2.openthe valve to release 8dv-01, condensed water has washed the valveoutlet, and sampling cup;
打开阀门8dv-01,放出冷凝水先后冲刷阀门出口、及取样杯；
3.5.3.flushing waste into the collection box;
冲洗的废水倒入收集箱；
3.5.3.about two times the condensed water after washing, can beused as a qualified sampling of water.
冲洗约两遍冷凝水后，即可作为合格的取样水。
4.cooling waterreplacement 冷却水的置换4.1、whenthe thermometer ti0102 display temperature (≥ 60 ℃) or condensedwater outlet speed reducing sampling mouth, should be consideredfor replacement of cooling water;
当温度表ti0102显示温度过高（≥60℃）或取样口冷凝水出水速度降低时，应考虑更换冷却水；
4.2、replacement of cooling water should be closed before the power,pump stops running;
更换冷却水前应关闭电源，泵停止运行；
4.3、thedischarge outlet connected to a discharge conduit ww user;
将排放口ww接至用户排放管道；
4.4、openthe 25bv-02 before closing 25bv-01, for total replacement ofcooling water for the tank drained to open (to prevent tank waterback flushing to the collection tank );
打开25bv-02前先关闭25bv-01，如需全部置换冷却水待罐内排尽时再打开（防止储罐的水回冲到收集水箱）；
4.5、addnew cooling water level should be below the tank opening, around15cm.
补充新的冷却水，液面应低于罐口15cm左右。
5、matters needingattention 注意事项
5.1 thecar before using the brake the car, prevent sliding;
小车使用前一定要刹好车，防止滑动；
5.2 .addcooling water should be to prevent the splashing into the waterpump motor, may result in leakage;
添加冷却水时应防止溅到水泵电机，可能造成漏电；
5.3.connection, be sure to pay attention to on pure steam hightemperature protection, to avoid scalding;
连接、接通纯蒸汽时务必注意高温防护，避免烫伤；
5.4.whenthe pump abnormal sound, jitter, smell or other abnormal phenomena,should immediately turn off the power, check the cause;
当泵出现异响、抖动、异味或其他异常现象时，应立即关闭电源，检查原因；
5.5.mobile sampling car, must fasten the lid, prevent the coolingwater splash;
移动取样车时，务必扣紧罐盖，防止冷却水溅出；
5.6.sampler sterilization should be the inside of the jacketcooling water drained
取样器灭菌时应将夹套内冷却水排尽；
5.7.recommendations for different levels of regional sampler, wereused to prevent cross contamination; especially from low level tohigh level area should pay more attention to.
建议不同级别区域的取样器，分别使用防止交叉污染；特别是从低级别到高级别区域时更应注意。
5.8 .thedevice has special use, maintenance;
建议本设备有专人使用、维护；

6.1.theequipment shall be stored in a dry, ventilated clean area; not longplaced in damp places, prevent motor damp, affect the use of;
设备应存放于干燥、通风的洁净区域；不宜长期放于潮湿的地方，防止电机受潮，影响使用；
6.2.winteroutdoor equipment will be placed within the coolant dischargeclean, preventing freezing;
冬天置于室外应将设备内的冷却液排放干净，防止结冰；
6.3.equipment should be kept clean and tidy appearance, before the use,should be cleaned;
设备应保持外观整洁，使用前、后应擦拭干净；
6.4. pumpmotorshould be regularly tested
水泵电机应定期测试；
6.5.equipment must be steam interface, sampling mouth closed, toprevent the invasion of dust or other debris;
设备使用后应将蒸汽接口、取样口封闭，防止灰尘或其他杂物侵入；
6.6.casters such as coarse should be replaced in time, preventscratching the ground;
脚轮如有毛糙应及时更换，防止划伤地面；
