本机能自动完成pcb板涂敷助焊剂、预加热、焊锡等焊接的全部工艺过程，且适用于无铅锡料焊接。
this machineincluded the functions in fluxspraying, pre-hearing andsoldering to satisfy the wholeprocess in wavesoldering. it is also suitable to work with lead-free soldering material.
本系列装置主要特点：special features:
1、助焊剂涂覆采用选点式涂敷，节省时间、节约助焊剂。
selective flux sprayingcould help to save the operationtime and material.
2、预加热采用上下预热模式，预热更均匀。

3、锡炉采用外热式加热，炉胆体积减小，发热体均匀布置，提高温度均衡性，波峰稳定平滑，氧化量小。
external heatingdesign could save the size ofchamber. also, this designcould make the heat transfer tobe more stable and increase the temperature stability in wavesoldering. this could decrease the effect inoxidation.
4、温度控制采用pid控制，解决传统on/off控制带来高电流冲击的现象。
