一.【用途 application】：
适应于生产铁氟龙(氟塑料)耐高温、电线、套管、各类薄皮绝缘多层押出、局域缆数据缆芯线押出、外被押出等。

二.【技术特点 technique feature】：
1.适应于fep(聚全氟乙丙烯、又称f46)、fpa(氧化烷氧基乙稀树脂)及esfe(又称f40)等氟塑料生产。
2.螺杆机筒:均采用新3号钢gh113(同美国gda材质)耐腐蚀耐高温或采用进口哈氏金钢c-276。
3.机头:采用新3号金钢gh113材质的专用免调机头或可调机头或采用瑞士进口microdia机头、抽真空装置。
4.加热系统:采用耐高温的铸铜合金加热器。
5.品质控制:配备外径检测反馈装置、日本takikawa凹凸检测仪全程控制产品的外径、英国beta水电容测试仪、高频火花机及同心度等工艺参数。
