为掌握电池情况，应定期对蓄电池进行下列检查：
 1、蓄电池之间以及蓄电池组与直流电源间的连接是否有松动、腐蚀、损坏等现象，必要时进行修理。
 2、蓄电池是否有破损、漏液等异常现象，必要时进行更换。
3、各蓄电池的充电电压和放电容量是否在正常范围内，必要时对电池进行充放电循环检测。
 使用蓄电池注意事项：
 1、不同容量、不同性能、不同厂家、不同新旧程度的蓄电池不能混用。
 2、安装、使用和维护过程中，应使用绝缘工具，并配带绝缘手套，以防电击和造成短路。
 3、蓄电池出现异常时，应由专业人员处理或与厂家联系，禁止私自拆卸维修。
 4、产品应在专用充电系统上充电，充电系统的直流输出电压波动应不大于百分之正负一。
 5、禁止使用汽油、稀释剂等有机溶剂来清洗电池，否则会损坏电池外壳。
