永久镍扣阴极板nickel buckle permanent cathode plate
产品概述
目前世界上成熟的镍扣生产用极板主要有以下两种:一种是鹰桥公司克里斯蒂安松精炼厂为代表的永久性极板,其材质为不锈钢板复合改性氟塑料或改性氯丁橡胶,寿命可达到半年以上;另一种为国际镍业公司汤普逊精炼厂为代表的非永久性极板,采用丝网印刷技术,在不锈钢极板表面印刷一层耐腐蚀的绝缘油墨,寿命为5-6个电解周期。
我公司成功消化并吸收了用于isa铜电解精炼永久性阴极板的制作技术,研发出“永久镍扣阴极板”,寿命达到半年以上,实现国内在该领域的首创。

currently the world's mature production of nickel buckle plate mainly in the following two kinds:one is the falconbridge kristjansson refinery,represented by a permanent plate,which made of stainless steel sheet of plastic or composite modified fluorine-modified chloroprene rubber,with its life can reach more than six months;another way for the inco refinery thompson represented by non-permanent plate,using screen-printing technology,the surface of the printing plate of stainless steel corrosion-resistant insulating layer of ink,with its life cycle of 5-6 months electrolysis。
we have successfully digested and absorbed for isa a permanent electrolytic refining of copper cathode plate production technology,research and development a “permanent nickel buckle cathode plate”,life expectancy more than six months to achieve national initiative in this area。
主要特点
1、实现扣柱、基板导电机构一体化,各扣柱之间导电均匀稳定,确保极板的重复使用。
2、绝缘层采用了一种新型复合材料,在一定温度和压力下的硫化成膜技术,提高了绝缘层与极板的捏合性能,具有较好的耐温性能和较低的膨胀系数,确保了镍扣扣柱之间的绝缘性能,可保证成扣率在95%以上,极板一次使用寿命在半年以上。
3、循环使用,产生的危险废弃物少,符合国家节能减排的要求。
