使用方法
l 充电前，先将充电器输出插头插入电池盒充电插座，再将充电器电源输入插头插入电源插座。充电结束后先拔电源插头，后拔输出插头。
l 充电器指示灯显示：
红灯亮：正常充电过程中。
绿灯亮：浮充电中直至结束。
灯 灭：充电器电源输入插头未插入电源插座或无市电。
l 充电初期，绿灯长亮而不转红灯为充电器保护状态，请检查电池是否反接，并检查输出是否与电池插牢，如果都没错，请按故障处理。
安全使用注意事项
l 使用前请核对充电器铭牌上标注的交流输入电压与当地交流电的电压是否一致。
l 本充电器仅适合于室内使用，使用过程中应远离发热源（如取暖器等）。
l 充电器使用过程中严禁有异物覆盖，否则将可能由此引发火灾。
l 充电器使用过程中严禁移动。特别严禁未成年人触动，否则将可能引发人身伤害事故。
l 充电器使用和存放过程中应远离潮湿环境，严禁水和其他液体流入充电器内，否则充电器将可能损坏，并引发其他事故。
l 不可将充电器作为玩具。严禁将金属异物（如别针等）插入充电器通风孔内，否则将可能由此引发火灾及人身伤害事故。
l 充电器如不能正常工作，请送专业维修点修理。非专业人士请不要自行修理，否则将可能增加损坏程度，同时有可能引发人身伤害事故。
l 输入、输出电源线如损坏，请向销售商购买，严禁用其他电源线代替。
l 当充电器由红灯亮转为绿灯亮时不应拔下交流电源，应让充电器对电池组涓流充电2小时以上。
l 连续充电时间不要超过24小时。
l 为了安全起见，身体、精神上有问题的人或缺少相应的知识经验的人不能使用本产品，除非在别人的监督指导下使用。
l 禁止给不可再充电的电池充电

the usage of li-battery charger
please read this manual carefully before you use it and at the same time ,to ensure that use it correctly according to the specifications indicated in the manual .

usage
l before charging, you should put the output plug of the charger in the charging socket of the battery case at first ,then put the input plug of the charger powering the power socket. when finishing it ,draw the power socket firstly ,next the output socket.
l the indicator light of the charger :
red light :in the process of normally charging
green light : charge with small current or the process of charging has finished.
the lights turn off: power input plug of the charger doesn’t put in the power supply socket or there is no electricity
l at the initial stage of charging, if the green light does’t turn into red ,it is the protection conditions of the charger ,please check whether the battery is connected to the wrong directions and whether they are connected well. if not ,please deal with it as there is something wrong.
matters needing attention for safety use
l beforing using ,please check whether the ac input voltage labeled in the charger’s plate is the same as the ac voltage in local place.
l the charger is only suitable for in-door use ,it should be far from heat supply in the process of using(such as heating apparatus)
l it can’t be covered during using ,or else it will cause fire disaster
l strictly prohibit moving, especially for pupil, or else it can bring physical injury accidents.
l it should be far from humidity environment during the process of usage and stock , water and other liquid couldn’t flow into the charger ,or else it would be broken ,and cause other accidents.
l the charger can’t be regarded as toy, you shouldn’t insert the metal goods into the vent of the charger ,or else it will bring fire disaster and physical injury accidents.
l if the charger can’t work normally ,please deliver it to professional maintenance station, don’t repair it if you are not professional, if not ,it will increase damaged condition ,at the same time ,it is possible to cause physical injury accidents.
l if the power lines of input and output spoiled, please purchase from the distributor, don’t replace it with other power lines.
l when the light of the charger turn from red to green ,the ac power supply shouldn’t be pulled out, the battery should be continued to charger for more than two hours.
l continuance charging time shouldn’t be more than 24 hours
l this applicance is not intended for use by persons(including chindren)with reduced physical,sensory or mental capabilities,or lack of experience and knowledge,uncess they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
l non-chargeable battery couldn’t be charged
