cgy0—160型数显试压机产品，是超高数字控制的试压设备。它又一次的填补了我国试压领域的超高压数字控制的空白。它将是远距离遥控启动，当达到压力设定压力值停机保压，并声光报警，该产品将解决了我国超高压试压泵的空白。为我国经济建设与国防高压力试验提供了新的高压试压产品。
cgy-150mpa型数显试压机，由一台超高电动试压泵、数显控制器、时间继电器、压力传感变送器、防爆壳体、遥控发射器和遥控接收器等组成的一台超高压试压机。
该机具备手动与自动控制切换功能，可手动启动、停止的同时;还可以远距离遥控启动并自动控制压力值，自动停止加压的功能。可在额定压力范围内任意设定压力值，当达到压力设定值后自动停机保压，达到设定压力值的保压时间，自动声光报警，完成远距离遥控卸压。
试压之前先手动启动试压机进行试运行，点动启动按钮，正常试运行后停止。目的是为了检验试压泵运转是否正常。流量、噪音是否有无异常现象。设备在正常试压前，调整数显表的压力上限设定值，并设定保压时间，设定完成后，确认完成。可遥控关闭卸压阀（带有执行器的电动阀、电磁阀、），遥控启动试压机，由压力传感变送器传输信号给数显表控制器，当到达设定压力值后设备自动停机保压，达到保压时间后（例如保压5分钟），报警器响提示工作人员，保压时间已完成，需要遥控器立即卸压。（遥控启动、停止、卸压等是为了避免试压危险）。当遥控器与数显压力控制出现故障后，在紧急情况下，可按下红色的急停按钮，停止试压机的运行工作。

manual operation condition: the pressure boosting and pressure relief process are all controlled by manual.
automatic operation condition: the pressure boosting and pressure relief process are all controlled by remote from a certain distance away. the test pressure could be set to any pressure value within the max. rated pressure. the equipment would start pressure boosting by remote. when getting to the set pressure, the equipment will stop automatically and keep the set pressure for settled pressure-keeping time. after the settled time, the audible and visual alarm will alarm and the operator could start the pressure relief process by remote and finish the whole testing process.
