强化复合铝塑管是一种材质强韧且阻隔性能高、外形美观且恢复性能良好的新型软管，广泛适应于化妆品、医药、食品、化工产品等行业的包装。随着市场对产品包装要求的不断提高，恒美的强化复合铝塑管将是更好的包装选择。这种强化铝塑管采用中间一层铝铂两边为pe塑料的复合片材，首先将片材焊接成管状，再在表层铺上完全熔化的pe料，然后冷却定形而成，而在塑料中间的这一层铝片形成了强有力的阻隔层，从而阻止了内容物与管外物质的相互渗透，并有效防止外界之光线、水蒸气、氧气或其他化学成份的侵入而且具备抗腐蚀能力，从而保证产品不受外界环境影响而延长其保质期。我们采用高品质、食品级的进口原材料来生产强化铝塑管，优于普通塑料pe软管：
1、材料强韧、结构合理，更厚、更实、且大幅度提高抗压、抗拉、抗寒、抗热能力。
2、整体性强、片材焊接成管后再在外面铺上整体的一层塑料层，表面平整，不见接缝。
3、产品外形恢复性能强，由于产品外层较厚的塑料，使其弹性良好，挤压后即恢复原状、不变形、不起皱，永保饱满、圆润之外观。
4、管身质感丰富而殷实。因采用金属铝片材为内层，外层塑料可添加各种色母粒，诸如珠光、幻彩、透明色、半透色、实色等来调节颜色，即可使产品保留天然的金属观感，又可塑造出丰富多彩、鲜艳夺目的红金、紫金、蓝金、绿金等各种金属色，即使不采用金属色彩而采用其它颜色，底层的亮银也同样能衬托出外层的色彩，使之更鲜、更活而跃然于目。
5、由于片材的焊缝隐藏于外层的塑料内面，使管子表面平整而适用于整体印刷，恒美的各种先进的印刷、加工技术更能体现在您的产品上，使您的产品更加绚丽多彩而独领风骚。
