尺寸圖
此尋邊器設計目的為平順零誤差的操作和提供±1μm 精度。工件可被移動到尋邊器的任何方向，可藉由連接 sc－212自動透過資料處理至sc－212，或內建的xy顯示器及其他2d的資料處理機作自動的資料處理。（尋邊訊號只有在量測模式下才能傳送到sc－212 ）
