石榴石介绍
登封枫林石榴石是一种岛状结构的铝(钙)盐硅酸，又名为“玉砂”或“天然金刚砂”，它耐磨性强、熔点高、比重大、性能稳定、色多优美，目前，经高纯磁造出的有灰、红、绿、白等多种染色体，是新开发的立体喷墙涂料，还是玻壳厂唯一能做彩壳喷砂耐磨料，由于它内部化学分子多、化学稳定性好，也常常被做为过滤介质净水滤料。

石榴石滤料特点及应用
石榴石不仅仅适用于磨料领域，其与生俱来的优势在化工、石油、制药、水处理等领域作为过滤介质发挥着重要的作用，石榴石滤料的特点：
      1、石榴石滤料的比重高、堆积密度大、粒径分布合理，具有坚硬、耐用、密实的特点。
      2、石榴石滤料是一种天然矿物质，硬度大、耐酸碱，在加工、过滤和冲洗过程中能满足最严苛的抗蚀要求，磨损率和破碎率低，可极大延长过滤系统的使用寿命。
      3、石榴石滤料的多面体特点能够保证不同颗粒之间，比其他滤料普通圆形或者椭圆形的颗粒之间，能产生更多的空隙，可起到更好的过滤效果。
      4、石榴石滤料的生产过程经过4次破碎、6遍水洗、3遍磁选、4遍筛分，确保产品质量上乘、稳定，不含可见泥土、粉屑、云母或其他有机或有害杂质，完全符合水处理滤料标准cj/t43-2005的相关要求。
石榴石磨料产品应用
石榴石系属硅酸盐类矿物，经过水力精心筛选，机械加工，筛选分级等方法制成的耐磨材料，主要用于
     1、表面处理磨料：用于碳钢、不锈钢、铝、铜、玻璃、橡胶、塑料、木材、石材、陶瓷钛、frp/grp等材料的表面处理。如：器物喷涂、电镀前的表面预处理；光饰处理；铸件、加工件去除毛刺和加工痕迹；防腐工程等。
     2、水切割磨料：主要作为水刀切割介质，用于各种精密切割。
     3、耐磨地坪： 购物中心、大型超市、人行道、停车场、生产车间、机器维修车间、仓库等耐磨地坪。
     4、耐磨材料： 高速公路路面、飞机跑道、耐磨橡胶、防滑油漆等耐磨材料。
     5、研磨材料： 大理石、光学镜头、玻璃器皿、皮革等材料的研磨。
     6、砂轮、油石、砂布、砂纸等原料。
