技术性能/features:
该条生产线用于扑克牌纸（或其它卡纸）印后的双面上光、干燥、压光、整形。整条生产线包括给纸、上光、上下层干燥、翻转、压光、输送、收纸共七大功能机构，采用双组并列式结构设计， plc集中控制，是理想的印后上光干燥设备。 全自动给纸配以预码纸机构，保证了生产线连续不间断运转，极大的提高了生产效率。 上光胶辊间隙随意可调，光油涂布均匀，节省生产成本。 压光辊选用优质结构钢，经动平衡处理和测试，使机械性能得到极大提高。 干燥箱温度可调，散热管布置合理，温度均匀并在长度方向上形成合理的干燥曲线。高强度托牌结构设计，传动无噪音，经久耐用。 翻转机构可随意移动，便于上光机头清洗。 机器采用强制循环系统，使操作现场的光油气味和热空气得到极大改善，保证操作人员有一个良好的工作环境。 所有减速电机变频调速，链条、轴承等关键外购件优选名牌产品，整机性能稳定可靠。 
the production line is used for double-sided coating, drying and calendaring the printed cardboard. the entire production line consists of seven functions with feeding, coating, upper and lower drying, overturning , calendering, convey and delivery. it adopts two parallel structure design and plc control system which made it an ideal cards coating & drying equipment .
    a pre-feeding device is provided to feeder, ensuring continuous operation of production lines and improving the production efficiency.
the coating rubber roller is adjustable, ensuring the evenness of glues as well as saving production costs.
    calendering rollers are made of high-quality structural steel with dynamic balance processing and testing, the mechanical property have been greatly improved. 
    temperature of the drying oven is adjustable, and radiating pipes are arranged reasonably, so that the temperature is uniform and can form a reasonable drying curve. 
    support bar is designed with high-intensity in structure, noise-free and wear well.
    overturning institutions are free to move, so that the coating unit can be clean easily.
    the use of coercive machinery of the circulatory system made the oil smell and heat greatly improved which ensure a good working environment.
    with frequency converter for speed regulating, all of the chains, bearings and other outsourcing key pieces choose from famous brand in the world, to ensure the machine is stable and reliable.
