保温卷帘门设备是由放料系统、成型系统、聚胺酯发泡系统、冲孔系统、切断系统、电控系统等部分组成。

1.放料系统：采用大载重的简易手动放料架，可随主机运行并随主机步调一致。简单双辊进料及整平处理，可使带材平整准确进入成型辊道内。
     1. the feeding system: adopting the large load of simple manual feeding, can run as host and in conformity with the host.simple double rollerfeeding and leveling process, can make the strip flat into the forming roller accurately.
2.成型系统：轧辊采用轴承钢，经过切割、车床车出形状、淬火、精车、镀铬五道程序，每道程序都严格把控制量，以保证轧辊的精度和使用寿命，全线共计39道轧辊。

3.发泡系统：注入聚氨酯材料发泡再度成型、加热、整形。
