    连杆浮球液位开关的工作原理直接、简单，通常将密封的非磁性金属或工程塑胶管内根据需要设置一点或多点磁簧开关，再将带有内置磁性系统的浮球固定在本体管内磁簧开关相关位置上，使浮球在一定范围内上下浮动，利用浮球内的磁性系统透过本体管去触发磁簧开关的闭合或断开，以产生开关动作，达到控制液位的目的，这种简单并已得到证明的工作原理适合于各种工业状况下的液位测量。连杆浮球可以设置1~8个动作点，和其它形式的比较更经济！连杆浮球液位开关广泛用于造船电子、电力、化工、水处理、给排水、染整、机械等各行各业的液位控制及报警。
