mark 3p后帮机，适于任何高度鞋跟的男鞋，女鞋及童鞋的后帮拉帮作业。后帮共可打21枚钉，或根据不同鞋子的需要减少打钉数量及选择不同长度的钉子（钉长度可为7-12mm），扫刀的长度及宽度变可同时调节。机器上配置的直线打钉装置已申请了专利，此装置的突出特点是，三个在同一轴内的送钉器可同时打不同长度的钉子。
机器整个工作程序由一个微处理器控制，这使得mark3p在三个操作模式的任一模式下使用起来都非常简单：
- 自动循环模式：由模式下机器能快速完成整个拉帮作业，生产产能很大;
- 半自动循环模式：因有了新的皮料后帮束紧器固定系统，这样在拉帮前，可检查及校正鞋楦是否放置正确，避免了因此面产生的拉帮不够完美的问题;
- 手动循环模式：经过两次连续的检查，可在打钉前检验是否可以拉帮了，以确保产品的质量。
mark 3p is a heel seat lasting m/c which realizes the lasting of man, lady and child footwear with any heel height. heel seat lasting is with 21 tacks which can change in quantity and length (from 7 to 12mm), according to the shoe model, with the opportunity to adjust the length and the width of the wipers.
the machine is equipped with a patented linear tacking device in which three coaxial distributors allow the machine to use simultaneously tacks of different lengths.
the complete working cycle is controlled by a microprocessor and therefore mark3p is extremely simple to be used in the three allowed working cycles:
- automatic cycle for the great production, thanks to the speed of the lasting operation.
- semi-automatic cycle in which, thanks to a new system of positioning of the leather heel band, it is possible to check and amend possible imperfections before the final heel seat lasting.
- manual cycle in which, through two consecutive checks, it is possible to verify the real lasting of the shoe before the final tacking for a better check of the product quality.
