本机用于桃酥饼干，及酥性饼干辊印脱模成形。将调粉机已调好的面团，经滚印撑各种形状及不同可数的饼干生坯。本机结构简单，分离刀装有调节装置，能跳到最佳位置。辊印辊经特殊设计，克服分离刀磨损不均匀的现象，花辊取出近垂直位置，更换方便。本机分为盘式用热风旋转炉烘烤与隧道炉直接烘烤。
