产品简介 introduction
     gwz系列卧式振动流化床干燥机广泛适用于化工、轻工、医药、食品、塑料、粮油、矿渣、制盐、糖等、粮食、矿产行业的粉料颗粒状物料的干燥、冷却、增湿等作业。用于干燥或冷却颗粒较大或因颗粒不规则而不易流化的产品，需要保持颗粒原始形状而要求低流化速度的产品，以及因热敏性强需要干燥时间均匀的产品，如含结晶水物料的表面水干燥。
   gwzvibro-fluidized bed dryer iswidely used in the work of particle materials’ drying, cooling,humidifying etc. in the area of chemical industry, light industry,medicine, food, plastic, grain and oil, slag, salt industry, sugar,grain, mineral product, just like biggergrains products or uneasily fluidized products, the irregulargrains, products which needs to keep original shape of grains andlower fluidizing speed, and products which needs uniform dryingtime because of strong thermo sensitivity, such as surface waterdrying of crystal water material.
原理workingprinciple
    湿物料自进料口进入振动床干燥机内，在振动力作用下，物料向前做抛掷连续运动，热风穿过布风板再向上穿过湿物料，在激振力与热气流的双重作用下，物料呈悬浮流化状态，湿物料与热风进行强烈的传热传质，湿空气经旋风分离器除尘后由排风口排出；干燥物料由排料口排出。
   wet materials enterthe vibro-fluidized bed dryerfrom feed inlet. materials continuously do slung-up movementforward under the action of vibrating force. the hot air goesthrough the air distribution plate then through wet materialsupward. under the double action of vibrating force and thermalcurrent, materials turn to be in suspension and fluidization state.wet materials do a strong heat and mess transfer with hot air. wetair is removed through cyclone and discharged from air outlet.dried materials are discharged from feed outlet.
