产品特点
1、该生产线主要以低密度聚乙烯(ldpe)、高密度聚乙烯(hdpe)、线型聚乙烯(lldpe)，eva等为原料生产食品及高档纺织品的包装膜及压花膜。
2、该生产线主要由高效强制进料挤出机、液压换网装置、共挤分配器、t型可调幅模头、定边装置、骤冷恒温冷却系统、测厚装置、薄膜摆动系统、电晕处理系统、收卷恒涨力自动控制系统、边料回收系统及挤出机恒温，匣压自动控制系统组成。
3、该生产线可采用三台挤出机共挤通过先进的三／五个流道的分配器生产出a、b、c三层或a、c、b、c、a五层的复合膜，也可生产单层或双层复合膜。
4、该生产线具有产量高、能耗低的特点和先进的涨力控制系统。薄膜涨力可控制在10n.m以下。

3 this unit can adopt three extrude rs to coextrude to produce three—layer(a／b／c) or five—layer(a/c/b/c/a)composite film this unit also can produce monolayer or double—layer plastic packaging film according to customers’requirements.
4 this production line has the advantage of high output，low energy consumption and advanced tension control system the film tension can be below 10n m.
