bmt-az/1l-g combined oil bottle labeling machine is designed to for square, round containers in the food, grain and oil industry in high speed automatic labeling. it can stick the side (plane) single labeling/ corner smoothing on the square/flat bottle (filled), and can stick round labels with orienting function for round bottles. range of application is wide. it can be used separately, and connected with the production line.
unique dividing device can guarantee it connecting with the production line effectively. special corner smoothing labels device can guarantee the corner of three sides of square bottle smooth, no wrinkle. in the production line products accumulate, can divide bottles accurately and guarantee the corner labeling steadily.
no bottle - no label, providing labels is precise, and labeling is perfect.
it can memory kinds of labeling information. it need not adjust any item if bottles format will be changed.
adopt plc, and is equipped with famous touch-screen, the operation interface is easy. it is easy to operate.
