i, brief introduction of the upward continuouscasting machinery(up cast line) i,this production line adoptsupward continuous casting process and the special equipment ofoxygen free copper rod with high quality and long length. the upcast line consists of induction furnace system, thedragging-winding system, the electrical cabinet system, and thewater cooling system. ii, oxygen free copper rods, belonging tohighly conductive materials, are characterized by high conductivityand low oxygen levels etc, and as conductive materials with smalldiameters are widely used in the electric wire and cable industriesand electromagnetic line industries etc, and with the big diametersare used in all kinds of products like trolley wires,electroplating anodes etc.
ii, themain component parts i, the induction furnace system this system ismade of melting furnace, trasition warehouse, and holding furnacewhich are three furnaces in one body. as the matched design of thew type inductor (the patent product) and the unique and the meltingtrench, the furnace power consumption of one ton is less than320kwh. therefore the furnace working life is increased to twoyears.
ii, the dragger--windingsystem the dragger-winding system is the main part of the whole upcast line, which is made of dragger, speed device, and automaticwinding machine. the dragger includes computer programming, plccontrolling, modular configuration, servo motor driven, pneumaticclamp device, auto temperature controlling, liquid lift byautomatic tracking, crystallizer replaced alone, and semi-automaticcharging system, which play a stable and reliable core role in thecopper rod casting system.
iii,electrical cabinet system electrical system consists of electricalcabinet in which are cabinet surge melting furnace, insulationvoltage cabinets, power cabinets and capacitor cabinets, andoperation desk.
iv, water coolingsystem this system is an independent water supply system whichforms pump, pressure tank or high-level cistern, pipe line, coolingtower, valve, rotary flowmeter, pressure gauge and temperaturemeasurement table etc, in order to ensure the water pressure with15m3/h, 0.35-0.5wpa supplying to inductor water cooled jacket,coil, and crystallizer. water treatment facilities, pressure tankor high-level cistern, pipe line and cooling tower are all solvedby customers themselves.
iii, theup cast line features i) stable product quality, all the wire rodscan meet the national standards; ii) low energy consumption, oneton energy consumption is 20% lower than the other companies; iii)removable inductor maintain easily and the maintenance time isshort; iv) plc controlling, and servo motor driven system; v)automatic collecting and winding wire rod with single plate weightover 3 tons.
