this completely pneumatic unit activates one output through a variable time cycle using a pilot operated
valve. no electrical circuits are needed and the unit meets all explosion proof requirements.

installation instructions:
1. install navco pneumatic timer assembly into dry, filtered air line with manual valve ahead of
timer. lubricator must be located downstream from timer
2. be sure upper and lower exhaust ports are open (not plugged)
3. with manual air valve open:
a. adjust “on” time by turning bottom screw (clockwise increases time) until required time is
reached
b. adjust “off” time by turning top screw (clockwise increases time) until required time is
reached
c. allow timer to cycle in order to check the set “on” and “off” times. re-adjust if necessary
d. tighten screw locking nuts after all adjustments are complete
4. use manual valve to completely shut off timer system
warning: do not over tighten adjusting screws
note: output must be connected for unit to operate

c.允许定时器周期以便检查设定“上”和“关”时间。如果需要重新调整
d.拧紧螺钉锁紧螺母调整完成后
4。使用手动阀完全关闭定时器系统
