本产品是一种铜电解工艺中电解液和上清液过滤设备。根据过滤吸附作用的原理对渡液中以固体悬浮物存在的杂质进行净化过滤分离，达到降低滤液中的有害杂质，提高滤液纯净度的目的。

1、净化过滤机占用空间小，工艺简单，能够保持稳定的流量；
2、所有型号的过滤机都可以使用防腐蚀材料制造，过滤单元使用滤袋弹簧支撑和固定的滤液出口。可移动的壳体可以在轨道上滑动，日常维护的时候能很方便地对喷嘴进行检查及更换滤布；
3、设备固定端是双法兰花的结构，可按需求进行扩展，扩展只需增加壳体内部过滤单元；
4、独特的全自动可编程系统控制清洗滤布和卸料，确保达到最长的循环时间，保证最长的滤布使用寿命，提高运行效率。
