1. after the panel is stretched forming, the board lever is smooth and the raised grain is small. (conventional equipment has a large raised grain.)
2. the machine has three items dynamic-electricity and a 22kw motor, lower in power consumption.
3. the circuit of embossing machine is not complicate and easy to repair. power supply can work when connect with leakage protection switch. (conventional equipment circuit has 72 items.)
4. the hydraulic control uses manual reversing valve which doesn’t has valve and circuit fault. the average worker can operate and repair it with a lower cost of maintenance. (conventional equipment uses solenoid directional valve which is easy to jam and has a high failure rate. a professional service man is needed when the equipment doesn’t work.)
5. the equipment uses 180 kilo (about three buckets) hydraulic oil and recycling can be realized. (conventional equipment uses more then ten buckets and you have to change it in a few months. it will cost thirty thousand or so each time.)
6. tendon pat is not used in out factory. it will consume about 1000t force of the pressure. (conventional equipment must use the tendon pat. it uses 3000 tons of pressure. but only 2000 tons of pressure is right for our pressing machine. )
