　　称重传感器本身属于一种坚固、耐用的机电产品,用户在使用中应满足生产厂家提出的要求,以免造成不必要的损失。若怀疑称重传感器出现故障,用户应首先检查其外观质量,看有无不正常的变形和损伤,电缆有无损伤.然后检查称重传感器的输入电阻、输出电阻及零点平衡输出,并和生产厂家给出的技术指标相比较。若上述项目不正常,则证明已损坏。对于已损坏的称重传感的维修,
通过检验台时，系统对其重量进行判定，检测其重量是否满足规定的重量要求，并做出合格、超重、欠重提示，或执行相应的不合格品剔出动作.
