ge-zr镶嵌型自润滑关节轴承嘉善倍研生产的ge-zr镶嵌型自润滑关节轴承外圈材料采用高硬度钢(硬度hrc:58以上)淬火,磷化,抛光(特殊需要,外环内圆弧面镀硬铬),磨光,内圈基体为高强度铜合金,球表镶嵌高目石墨与mos2复合型固体润滑剂,在使用过程中,通过摩擦热使得固体润滑剂微小粒子弥布于整个接触面,形成类似与油膜的润滑膜,但于油膜相比具有润滑效果长久,润滑材料不散失,润滑对象少磨损等优点。该产品与一般ge型向心关节球轴承比,由于具有优异的自润滑性与抗磨损性能,承受重载能力提高了约五倍,还具有少加油,免维护,自动调心等优点,与一般市场上的镶垫型自润滑关节轴承相比承载力、工作可靠性、寿命上提高了好几倍,是镶垫型自润滑关节轴承的升级换代产品。 主要应用于水工弧形闸门、液压起闭机、平面闸门、起重运输设备、冶金设备等。我公司产品也已应用于高速铁路道岔机构。 ge-zrinlaid solid lubricating spherical bearing (knuckle bearing) ge-zr inlaid solid lubricating spherical bearing is unit of two rings, outerring and inner ring. the outer ring is made of 45# quenched steel with a hardness up to hrc40-43abd also the whole surface will be burnished.(in case under specific application, the inside surface ofouter ring is plated hardened chrome.) the inner ring is made from a metal basis, which may be all bronze or high strength brass, embedded with solid lubricant on its outside surface .
