4、该机设有智能检测装置。无物料自动不下说明书、不下纸盒，方便和前道设备连动工作。在检测过程中发现废品（无药版、说明书）即在出口处被剔除，保证产品质量完全达到合格要求。..
5、该机可以单独使用，亦可与泡罩包装机及其它设备连动使用，形成成套生产线。

7、设备具有产品记数及运作速度显示功能。
