1．构造简单：启动、停止时不需要特别的程序，因构造零部件少，运转、维修管理非常容易。
2．高效脱水性能：与目前其他系列脱水机相比，能得到更低的含水率的脱水滤饼。可通过对机器转速、进泥量、出口进口压力的调节，调整滤饼的含水率很容易。

5．自动控制系统：机器运行从絮凝药剂溶解到污泥混合搅拌及污泥积压过滤，整个处理系统采用自动控制系统控制，操作简便，可减少操作人员，提高工作效率。
6．结构紧凑，占地少：机器的本体直径（金属圆盘过滤器直径）最大为900mm，加之设计中结构紧凑，主机机体小，安装方便，所占工作场地小。
