在温度为20℃±2℃、湿度为65%±5%条件下，用y501型织物强力机或其他合适的试验机进行。每卷取样一个，每批5个。试验时，上、下夹钳距离为220mm，下夹钳的下降速度为110mm/min。把试样加100g张力使其伸直夹入土上、下夹钳中，开动强力机，记录读数，精确到0.1kg。以5个试样的断强力算术平均值（计算至小数点后一位）作为该批丙纤的断裂强力值。
the experiment is carried out at atemperature of 20℃±2℃, and a humidity of 65%±5%, with the y501fabric strength test machine or other suitable machine. one sampleis selected from each batch. the distance between the upper andlower clamps is 220mm, the falling rate of the lower clamp is the110mm/min. add to the sample clip is straightly clamped between theupper and lower clamps, and a tension of 100g is added to it. thenstart the test machine, and record the readings with the accuracyof 0.1kg. count the arithmetic mean value of 5 samples off to (rounded to one decimal place ) as the breaking strength value ofthe batch of pp fiber.
