a).getting to know mp3450,with dual output ports:
1.adjustable voltage stable output:5v/1.5a,6v/1.5a,7.5v/1.5a,9v/1.5a,12v/2a,14v/2a,16v/3a,19v/3a.
2.usb output port:15v/1a
3.cell: lithium polymer
b).charging mp3450:
1.before using lb-c2 for the first time,you must charge the mp3450 for 4-5 hours with ac power adapter or change the device from solar panel for 3-8 hours(dopends on the weather condition)
2.plug the output of ac power adapter into dc in jack on the end side of mp3450 or plug the solar connect cable into dc in jack with connecting of the cord of solar panel.
3.plug the ac power adapter into a wall socket if you choose to charge with ac power adapter.the orange charge led will turn on green indicate the battery is fully charged.set the voltage lock tolock, and press the voltage selector to view the battery capacity, if all capacity indictors turn on,battery capacity indicates full.
4.when the battery capacity indicates full,unplug the power adapter.
5.start to use battery.
c).troubleshooting:
if mp3450 doesn't power the portable device battery, take these steps:
1.if all led turn off when on charging,then it indicate the battery bank is malfuction.
2.verify that the deveice doesn't require more than 50-60 watts(19v/3a).if the device requires more,mp3450 will not be able to charge the device.however,in most but not all cased,mp3450 will ableto power the device.
3.view the rmaining the battery capacity,if it is belwo 25%,recharge mp3450
4.check that the output cord in connected to both mp3450 and the portable device,(if connected well, the 5v led indicators will be on.)and that the adapters tip fits snugly into the power jack ofyour portable device,if not try another adapter.
5.check that the output voltage for your protable device matches or is just below the output voltage det on mp3450.if the output voltage is not correct,unlock the voltage lock(if in the lockedposition),and change the voltage as required
6.verify that a battery is installed in the portable device, as some device will not function without a battery installed.
