.jpg 1.概述：　　该系统用于单、三相电机、家用电器电机、电动工具电机、分马力电机定子嵌线后、总装前的综合质量控制，特别适用于各类单相电机定子绕组测试：多速、l、t型绕组。系统采用奔腾级工控机主控,双工位自动测试夹具，测试速度快，一次装夹，即可完成全部测试项目，并对测试结果自动进行分析、判断，并具存储、打印、报表等功能。
2.测试项目及精度：绕组直流电阻测试 0.05-2kω， 精度:0.2级， (环境温度自动补偿)
绝缘电阻测试 0-500mω，精度:5.0级
工频耐压试验 0-3000vac,(全自动调压) 泄漏电流:0-20ma,(自动扣除本底泄漏) 精度:2.0级
冲击匝间绝缘 0-3000vp,(全自动调压) 视在波前时间，0.5μs， 1/200匝相邻短路情况自动报警
旋向测试 自动判定磁场旋转方向
电感测试 0.002～20h, 精度：0.2级
电流平衡测试 0～600a； 精度：0.5级
