产品特点：1、具有理盖功能，通过理盖机把5加仑盖从理盖机里理出一方向到轨道里面，再从轨道到输送带上面，最后由气缸把盖子推到转盘卡槽里，通过转盘把盖子转到加垫位置。理盖顺畅，定位准确。2通过精确的气、电控制的机械手，完成取垫、送垫、加垫功能，整个过程取垫稳定、加垫准确，卫生，效率高。3、机器上装有垫片槽，操作人员只需将整理齐整的垫片放到垫片槽即可。
main details 1）sorting the capsautomatically, the 5 gallon caps were sorted into the channel inthe same direction, caps were feed to the conveyer and pushed tothe groove by the air cylinder simultaneity. 5 gallon caps wereconvey into the machine by chain with separator, this shall providesmooth sorting and accurate positioning for assembly which also canreduce the crap rate of the cap tremendously. with the linerstorage in the machine, the operator just need to put the tidyliner into the storage.
