氧化锆砂砖是以氧化锆砂为原料，另加结合剂，混合均匀后用加压震动成型，制得的砖坯经干燥后再1780-1800℃高温下烧成。氧化锆砂砖制品完全由氧化锆砂制成，有着良好的高温强度和稳定的气孔结构，是性能优良的隔热耐火制品，安全使用温度可达2300°c。主要广泛用于军工、科研、高熔点金属熔炼、激光晶体、石英玻璃、电子等工业的超高温窑炉。如蓝宝石行业的长晶炉，钨钼行业的中频炉等场合。
