为贵公司提供完善的安装、调试、培训、维修等售前和售后服务。
1.售前服务
签订合同前,公司为客户提供各种生产工艺方案,提供相应的技术咨询、样品试样,设备选型等服务。
2.安装调试
我公司依据合同,免费在规定的时间内将设备安全运往用户指定的国内安装地点,并派技术服务工程师现场安装。在用户安装调试备件基本具备的情况下,技术服务工程师将在1-2天时间内把机器安装调试完毕供用户试用,并保证安装调试现场环境整齐、干净、有序。
3.售后培训
公司提供免费技术培训,安装调试完毕后,在买方现场或卖方国内培训维修中心对买方操作人员进行技术培训,直至操作人员达到基本正常使用该设备为止,主要的培训内容如下：
1.常用绘图软件的使用培训
2.开关机器操作规程培训
3.面板及软件控制参数的意义,参数选择范围的培训
4.机器的基本清洁处理和保养
5.常见硬件故障处理

备货周期- 2天
所有产品上架型号均是长期生产型号，现货产品一般1-2个工作日内发出，订做产品一般7-15个工作日内完工发出，买家在购买前请先和我们销售经理联系，确认是否有现货，由于各地办事处同时销售，库存量变化比较大，为了防止可能缺货给您带来的困扰，具体出货时间请咨询销售经理。
物流运输 - 迅速直达
1.设备均实用所料薄膜包装，防止刮伤油漆或雨天进水
2. 暂不支持快递发货，都是通过物流或者配货运输。根据情况选择送货上门或买家自提，由于各地物流运费计算方式不同，运费并不能以本店标注的运费为准，具体请咨询销售经理。
3. 运输时间:物流运输一般3-7天，由于物流公司不在我们控制范围内，外加上天气、交通路况等特殊原因，可能会有发货、到货延时，请多包涵、谅解。
