卧式软化锅，它的旋转筒体（5）为卧式，卧式旋转筒体（5）放置在座架（1）上；筒体（5）的两端分别设有进气管组件（2）和排水管组件（10）；筒体（5）内设有加热列管（6），加热列管（6）与进气管组件（2）和排水管组件（10）联通；筒体（5）由电机（11）带动，筒体（5）与座架（1）之间设有托轮（4）；筒体（5）上设有进料箱（3）和出料箱（9）。由于本实用新型卧式软化锅的旋转筒体为卧式，物料在其中可上下翻滚，搅拌均匀，软化透彻，且设备内物料无死角，加热面积大，工作温度高，软化锅旋转动力消耗也小。
