财政部(5月25日)发布消息，自2015年6月1日起，我国将降低部分日用消费品的进口关税税率：西装、毛皮服装等的进口关税将由14-23%降低到7-10%，短筒靴、运动鞋等的进口关税由22-24%降低到12%，纸尿裤的进口关税由7.5%降低到2%，护肤品的进口关税由5%降低到2%。加上此前为促进消费、改善民生已经实施低关税的产品，我国已经降低了服装、鞋靴、护肤品、婴儿食品和用品、厨房炊具、餐具、眼镜片等多类日用消费品的进口关税。
多年来日本、韩国的日用品在国内极为畅销如百货，服装、鞋帽，纺织品，针织品及原料，厨房设备(灶具、炊具、厨具、餐具、)，卫生洁具，日用杂货，化妆品及卫生用品，其他日用品(钟表、眼镜、箱包、灯具)口罩、漱口水、被子、塑料制品、洗衣粉、洗衣液（洗手液）、牙膏、需要商检日用品进口、清洁剂、沐浴露、湿巾、卫生巾等。
